作品代金とは別に、取引内容や配送条件等に応じて、

・国内外の配送料

・輸入国において課される関税、輸入税、付加価値税（VAT）その他の税金や手数料

ご請求書発行前に内容を明示し、事前にご案内いたします。

・返品・キャンセルについて
返金は、配送中の事故による破損が確認された場合に限り対応いたします。
アート作品の特性上、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
ご購入にあたってご不明点や気になる箇所がある場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。
配送中の事故による破損が確認された場合には、返品対応および返金を行います。
その際、配送業者への連絡および確認が必要となるため、作品到着後7日以内に当社までご連絡ください。
期限を過ぎた場合、返品・返金の対応ができない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

作品画像は、撮影環境やモニター環境により、実物と色味・質感が異なって見える場合があります。

Business Model
This website does not offer an online checkout system.
All artwork sales are conducted after individual inquiries,
followed by a quotation and invoice.
Sales Price
Artwork prices will be provided individually
after an inquiry has been made.
Additional Fees
In addition to the artwork price, the purchaser may be responsible
for additional costs depending on the transaction.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Framing or installation-related costs
• Packing and crating fees
• Domestic or international shipping fees
• Insurance fees
• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local taxes imposed by the destination country
All applicable additional fees will be clearly communicated
and agreed upon prior to invoicing.

Payment Timing
Payment must be completed within 7 days from the date of invoice issuance,
unless otherwise agreed upon due to the nature of the artwork or production schedule.
Delivery Timing
After payment is confirmed,
the delivery schedule will be arranged individually based on the artwork’s production status, framing, and shipping arrangements.
Returns and Cancellations
Refunds are only available in the event of damage during shipping.
Due to the unique nature of artworks, returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding an artwork, please contact us prior to purchase.
In the event that damage caused by an accident during shipping is confirmed,
we will accept the return and issue a refund.
As communication and verification with the shipping carrier are required,
please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
Please note that claims made after this period may not be eligible
for a return or refund.
International Shipping, Customs, and Taxes
For international shipments,
the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or issues arising from customs clearance procedures or regulations in the destination country.
Disclaimer Regarding Artworks
Images of artworks may differ slightly from the actual pieces due to lighting conditions or display environments.
All artworks are unique or handmade, and minor variations may occur.
By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.
